Consultations & Site Visits
R850 per hour for consultations and site visits. Travel fees apply outside Cape Town city centre.
Design Concepts
Charged per room and tailored to the scope and size of each space. A detailed estimate is provided before work begins. We create curated mood boards and sample boards, supported by a detailed, personalised design concept allowing you to clearly envision the space before it comes to life.
Budget Planning
We develop a comprehensive, itemised budget to ensure your project is realised within your investment parameters, with full cost transparency from the outset. Our fee structure is percentage-based, allowing our service to scale seamlessly with the scope, complexity, and overall investment of each project.
Custom Design
Our custom design service covers technical drawings and material specification for kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, media units, bars, headboards, and one-of-a-kind furniture items. We work with skilled local craftsmen to ensure precision, functionality, and exceptional quality. Where required, 3D drawings can be developed to further communicate the design intent, enabling you and your contractor to fully visualise the outcome before manufacture or construction begins. Custom design is charged at an hourly rate with a detailed estimate provided prior to commencement.
Procurement & Installation
We manage sourcing, ordering, quality control, logistics, and installation to deliver a seamless process and refined end result. A procurement and project coordination fee is charged as a percentage of the overall project value, based on scope and expenditure.

New Builds & Major Renovations
We offer full interior design support from the earliest stages of a new build or major structural renovation. Engaging an interior designer early in the process brings significant value allowing the interior architecture, flow, and functionality of the home to be thoughtfully resolved long before construction begins.
We collaborate closely with architects, builders, and consultants to develop considered lighting and electrical layouts, spatial planning, and integrated systems such as automated blinds and entertainment zones. This ensures every detail is seamlessly aligned, creating a home that is not only beautiful, but intelligently designed from the inside out.
